Might be a limitation of the graphic card of the mac mini. The current one (it has just been upgraded) can do HD, but I don't know about older one. P.

When we were in Struer we had the HD/HD Ready demo. From a normal distance you could not see the difference, but only when you were receiving compressed video. When you were receiving uncompressed video you could see the difference. With the price we pay our Beovision, we expect them to last many years, and in many years, the video sources we receive

Oui et non... Beo5 pourra etre programmee pour d'autres codes, mais B&o presente cette possibilite pour les appareils domotiques, plutot que pour l'AV. Je pense et j'espere qu'il sera possible de contourner cette limitation. Il est normal que Beo privilegie le PUC comme solution pour l'AV, car ca permet de commander les peripheriques

Those who read other threads will know that I was very disappointed about the DVD2, the main reason being that it does not support timed recording from set top boxes. I think as a DVD player it will be great, for those who don't have a BV7 or a BC2, the box looks good, no problem. it is a huge step forward from the DVD1. Some people on the French forum say the picture is fantastic. The DVD1 was also a rebranded box, in a not so nice box. But it is well integrated and functions like a Beo device should be. As

And everything is processed digitaly, sound and video... I cannot wait for the new BV7... it will have all the same connections. Hopefully the panel of the BV7 is brighter than the current one. p.

Oh... et quand tu dit RCA, c'est pour le son seulement? Le BV7 ne peut diffuser la HD (DVI), par contre, si tu as une sortie Peritel sur ton PC, tu peux le brancher sur la tele. Sur le BV7 tu veras la HD, depuis les piece link, tu verras ce que l'ordi envoie sur la peritel. p.
