Reading this thread reminds me why as yet I have not got a B&O LCD or Plasma TV. IMO there is still a lot to be said for a good quality CRT TV. Craig

There is what I would call an Audiophile shop near to where I work. On the few occasions I have been in there and mentioned B&O. Their comments have been mixed. One sale person claimed they had worked for a B&O dealer in the past, but was vwery negative of the brand. Probably trying to justify why they now worked at an audiophile store. On another

Friedmett: I can't remember what the menu for AV2 is at but its not cdv first ones on the menu list. Of course the remote most people use with this set is a BL1000. We have a Beo4 with the DVD button. This works perfectly with CDV selelcted as the source for AV1. Craig

Hi Pete, welcome to Beoworld. Pretty sure that your problem is you need to tell the TV what is connected to which connections. When you look at the on screen menu you should have P.Link which should be set to off unless you have external speakers connected. Next should be Timer. Then you have AV1 and AV2. These are your two Scart connections. With the

There is only one company who supply new cartridges for B&O Turnatables. See this link www.sound-smith.com . They are not cheap but sound wise are better than the originals Craig
