snoopy: Can anyone tell me how hard it will be to source the grill covers for some Pentas. I've located a pair, perfect except for the grills being missing. Cheers, Andrew Not hard at all!! They are still available from B&O dealers. About £100 per tower.

If you have been happy with MMC4 then you will find that SMMC4 is a distinct inprovement in solidity of bass and sweetness of treble. My advice is to save the $80

It is actualy weighing the record! If it can lift it is assumes it is a 45rpm single and if it can't lift it it is a 33rpm LP

The 4200 has the Beovision 1 chassis with a smaller screen. It has a picture quality to die for. Much more expensive than 4000/4002

There seems to be some confusion here! The 4002 is a later version of the 4000. The difference is that the 4002 has MASTERLINK

I would buy another CD5500 on ebay. Prices are very cheap at the moment and it will probably be more cost effective than having it fixed.
