Here is wishing you luck in the next draw!
-
I think this is what you need.

In common with a number of B&O speakers, the sum of the parts works rather better than the individual items might suggest. The quality of the drive units is however disappointing as the longevity is not that great. The upside is that they are cheap to replace!

We seem to be coming up to an exciting time for B&O. A lot of very desirable and important products are coming this year. The BeoTime and iPod dock are little sweetners - the BV10 and bigger BV7 would seem to be the bread and butter models along with the BeoCom 5.
-
To get a big difference from the S80s, you will need MS150s. Much more bass but well controlled. Big though!
-
Agree with above - why the decoder scart is not RGB seems very odd though!
-
Well I think it looks fantastic! That and a BV10 are my most likely next purchases!
-
How did you measure the tracking weight? Remember the scale on the arm may not be completely accurate with a Soundsmith cartridge - I always use a cartridge balance to get about the correct weight and then tune by ear. A little more weight is better than too little.
-
Compared to most draws the odds are fantastic! I don't think you will get many draws where the top prize is only a 1 in 550 chance when it is worth several thousand pounds and the monthly stake is £2.50. And you get the chance to win 9 other prizes as well! I think we expected rather more people to sign up for this - so make hay whilst you

On the whole, I think this site manages very well. I have yet to discover a more courteous and friendly place on the Internet which is a huge credit to all the members. Certainly makes moderating an easier job!
