Simon, is it the MCL Speaker plugs you are after to connect to the Beomaster. If so these were available from B&O dealers. Last ordered some about 2 Years ago. Cost about £5 each if I remember correctly. Craig

As far as I know the DVD will only work by remote when connected to B&O TV. This is because it is the TV which recieved the I.R. signals and then sends them alomg the Scart Lead to the DVD1. Craig

Graham, you can connect either of these to your Avant. You will need a Beolink conveter as the Avant used Masterlink and the Beocenter will use Datalink. You do know that both the Beocenter 9500 & 9300 both have built in Amplifiers. So you can use any Passive speakers you want to with them. Craig
