Hi Adam & welcome to beoworld. Thank you for supporting the site with your gold membership. As for your problem, yes I have seen this before. You have 2 options here. 1 Find any non-working later (same era) tangential tracking turntable and swap the whole assembly. These later decks use the exact same chassis so anything from the BG5005 to the 7000

I wouldn't worry too much about the laser on the CD3500. To all intents and purposes it is identical to the CD4500 but can be bought much cheaper due to the matt grey finish as opposed to polished aluminium panels - I have never heard of one of these going wrong. As it is a later generation to the CDX then I wouldn't envisage any problem for

Hi Jeff & welcome to Beoworld 1. The bulbs have probably blown and member Dillen (Martin one of our esteemed technical advisors) can more than probably supply you with replacements. I'm sure he'll be along shortly with more detailed advice. 2. Best bet would be to refoam both woofers (the other one is probably also shot - if it is tacky

Hagan is correct. If it doesn't work 1st time then press the AV button on the remote (if this has been pressed previously then sometimes this puts the Beolink into the wrong "mode") then repeat as above. The beomaster is probably in standby mode already but if not it can be done by pressing the right hand side of the front aluminium panel
