Heyup mecca - glad you got it sorted at last. Welcome to the brotherhood of people with no sense Chris.

Friedmett: Records are mint/unplayed so properly a lifetime use left. Are you doing the deed and at long last putting these records to the fate to which they were designed? If so - how do they sound? I've just put on "Stone Roses " by ... er.... Stone Roses (white virgin vinly)... and listening to their finest track (IMO) "Waterfall"

Personally I'd do away with the BL4's as rear speakers - not that there is anything wrong with them in this configuration - simply that I don't think they offer very good value for money! Personally I just don't rate them very highly at all. For not much more outlay you could use BL4000's which are far superior. The BL9's are

rayfenwick: (Soon to have no room to move past all the B&O :) Well, that's the other option have both and become like the rest of us on here - forever stubbing our toes on piles of B&O creating ever narrower passageways in our homes Chris.

Tough choice! Nothing really to choose between them IMO so I would go for the system you prefer the looks of. Reading between the lines it sounds like the 4500 is the winner. The expanses of polished aluminium look sublime especially when wall mounted My preferrence is the 6500 but I'm biased as I own the later but almost identical system 7000 and
