Gatex: Kevin: Jacob Jenson set a benchmark for David Lewis and he in turn has done so for whoever follows him. Can't wait to see who takes on the job, I feel sure B&O will look to the long term again though, so an internal candidate used to the ways of B&O would be likely. I'm asking myself what kind of B&O would we have today without

I strongly doubt that the people in the press offices have listened to acoustic lenses. They keep claiming this: " This guarantees equal sound distribution throughout the room, allowing the listener an even sound experience regardless of seating location." And that's not true.

He-he. Peter will absolutely love that unit. He's a great Beogram lover. Trick question, though!

Puncher: Perhaps we should use the B&O font Frutiger 55. There is actually a BeoFrutiger, but the standard Frutiger will get you there. Just checked though, it appears that Frutiger is not in the stander internet font-set, so you can't code for it when entering posts. I may be wrong.

Peter: To be honest, I can listen to almost anything! I prefer certain speakers but it is the music that I like! In the kitchen we have a cheap Sony radio cassette (too difficult to link as the walls are very thick!) and it is fine! Sacrilege! (old site smiley here!)

Seeing it on the lovely, newly-redesigned Beoworld is like finding someone has stuck a comedy eyes, nose and mouth on a pair of Beolab 5s. Please fix it for me to have it banned from the site so that my eyes can stop bleeding

philipsmz_333: As a classical musician, i know quite well what an orchestra is supposed to sound like, and i have heard quite a few setups. The beolab 5's that i heard in store are as close to the real thing as you can get before you go and jump up on the stage and sit next to the oboe! Would there really be a discernable difference in the performane

Beoik: Super, very different compared to all other plasma tv's. It even make the bv5 looks old I'm very enthusiastic about the BV9. A perfect solution to the large flatscreen dilemma: hanging them on a wall restricts the effective angle from which to watch -- the BV9 gives you the option of moving from place to place; in addition, you get a

Hello! I saved some of the posts concerning the upgrade of the above units, but with the old site gone I am in the dark. Would it be too much to ask if the person who posted the original information could repost it? It was extremely interesting! I can read German, so no problem there!

Bose is illusion over reality, and they play a pretty good trick when you consider the size of the speakers. But put them next to comparably priced "proper" speakers and you're in for an entirely different experience. Yet Bose's positioning is a worthwhile one - to create audio systems that blend in unobtrusively, while providing sound
