Try another dealer for spares. I have just fitted four new woofers to a pair of 6000's at a cost of £120 or so. Easy job which requires a torx screwdriver only. Takes about an hour to replace all 4. Part number is 8480232

Can I suggest that you upgrade your membership and download the service manual. The procedure is described therein. If you are the least bit non-mechanical then I would entrust the adjustment to a service center.

I'm pretty certain that the MPAV9000 only shows the red standby light, opens the glass doors and opens the clamper without being connected to the AV9000. The control functions and the speaker outputs are in the AV9000. I've sold mine so can't be 100%

Not possible I'm afraid. The B&O remote uses a completely different frequency and codes to other systems.
