Makes you wonder why B&o went for the Lcd screen over Plasma in 7-40 , would appear to have solved a lot of picture issues . Because BV7 tends to be mounted on a motorized stand, the 40 pound difference between the relevant LCD and Plasma panels would make a huge difference in engineering. r

This is a great thread, and I have what is hopefully a simple questionn to you. It sure does blow MY mind. My client has an Apple TV. He is buying a B&O system and will integrate the Apple TV. If I hook up the Apple TV to BeoSystem 3, will it connect wireless to his Mac and play on his BeoVision? What will I call it on the remote? Are there any

From a CES quote: Peter Petersen, B&O's Chief Technology Officer, said they had been planning on making a combo player but after Friday's Warner's announcement they have dropped plans to include HD DVD and now will develop only a BD player. He said it would be available in 2009.

Soundproof, As always, you offer substantial food for thought. After I read the article about BeoLab 5, I dug further into theaudiocritic.com archives and read a few of his articles about audio voodoo.
