Like Paul said. With the success of an up to date and affordable product in the Beosound 8, please learn from this and make an affordable, but desirable Bang and Olufsen television again.

A few years back the CEO of Renault UK was caught admitting how the UK pricing was deliberately rigged artificially high, and how we were know as the "honey pot"!!! The reason it wouldn't happen in the USA is because they just don't accept this sort of nonsense and complain. For me it's not the money, but the fact that you feel

Story of our lives in the Uk i'm afraid. If it's decent, it HAS to be more expensive. It's almost a class thing that infests our shops, showrooms and real estate. I put "technics' and "B&O" in google the other day and saw some very revealing prices!!!!!
-
Agreed. Ironically when even some of the better make were pretty ropey, B&O was about twice the price. Now even some of the bulk standard tvs are pretty good they are in some cases 10-13 times the price! Madness. And why am i getting prices of £950 quoted for a Beosound 8? Is this correct?

I get mine within the next 2 weeks and can't wait. Our first B&O TV since 1985!!!! There are some great deals to be had if you peruse the store finder, in the London area say Saw a pre-owned 10-46 for £5,500

Having bought a Beovision 7-32 Mk4 which turned out to be a Mk3 i'm now looking at a 10-32, or a 8-40. The viewing distance is approx 10-12 feet..you decide!!!!!!! I'm exhausted looking to be honest so need your help. The 8 would be robust and bigger(kids) the 10 beautiful and probably better technology. Offers of such models would also be greatly

The Beosound 8 was a fresh brilliant product, for a potentially massive customer base. And hey presto, the greatest selling product of all time. Great for B&O and great for it's shops(i hope). The Earset 3i is a bastardisation of a fairly irrelevant product from a B&O point of view. I and everyone i know, lament the lack of bass(i have two

Managed to get a diagram online so is the IR controller C1-4 what i'm after?
-
Whilst awaiting for a Mk4 to arrive i have a few questions please. Does the 7-32 have a connector for controlling the Sky HD box through it? My mother in laws Avant has a puc connector i think, going straight to the Sky box with its IR transmitter on the end. I think this was an addition for the Avant(STB)? I'd like to get a Beo5 controller ,and
