Thanks for the offer! I ended up buying a BS 3000 and this why the BC 2300 ended in storage... perhaps it would be interesting to unstore it and set the 2300 as a second LINK CD Beo4 source similar to you? I guess I'll wait for your final post to see what your final configuration ends up being, but I'll stay put until then. With regard to the
I was looking for your inputs on the best why to configure 2 systems (Beosound 3200 (alongside Beolab 2500) and Beocenter 2300) with 3 beolink passives and beolab 6000.
Interesting set-up! I ended up putting my beloved BeoCenter 2300 from 1998 in storage, where it shall await the purchase of a second home,
plus it makes my Macbook Air have a heart attack.
My MacBook pro froze just as the designer lady was introducing herself. I was forced to close the BeoLounge window.

Frankly, I can't recall what BM-Link 1.50.2 is for... but the Mac Mini is running OS X 10.5.6. The Mac Mini is of recent vintage and features an Intel processor. By the way, the reason I decided to set a daily reboot in the Energy Saver preferences panel is because if not after a few days the Mac would become unresponsive or unsynchronized to Master

OK, looks like you do have the right 2-line base and I assume your new handset is also a Becom 1 with LINE 1 and LINE 2 as the two top leftmost buttons. Did you make sure and unplug the BeoLine , wait 2 seconds, and plug it again? The BeoLine should flash red for a couple of minutes, signaling open to registration. Try two things: 1. Technically, you

I run iTunes 8.0.2 and BM-Link 1.50.2, runs perfectly, every time. I've been using BeoPort with iTunes 8, no issues. Then again, I have two little settings I've discovered that give me an up and running system, always: a. Mac Mini is set to not look for system updates automatically. I found that the "you have system updates ready to install"

So... any luck with the Beoline model number & confirmation you have a two-line Beoline?
-
Can you tell what the B&O model number on the BeoLine base is? Should be a seven-digit number on the manufacturing label of the base, either on its back or bottom. I take it you have a BeoLine base that has two Line-In sockets, as the BeoCom is two-line capable? Thank you. To reset your handset: MENU > HANDSET/BASE > REMOVE BASE. Later you

Comments to several items posted above in the thread, in no particular order: 1. iTunes Genius uploads your playlists to Apple (anonimously). The Apple databases then builds a statistical model of what songs people have grouped together. There is no content analysis (a.k.a. DNA, bpm, rythm or what have you). 1a. A consequence is that since many people's
