I think the writer was a little disrespectful about Torbens appearance! He's slim, immaculately groomed and sharply dressed (i've met him twice now) - but the guy makes him out to be some mad, wild haired professor shoe-horned into a Marks & Spencer suit !! Service engineers prices vary (sometimes wildly - but i have a very good one!) - however, if you budget on about £400 for a replacement mech you wouldn't be a mile away i'm sure. Lee
