  • Re: Connecting iPod to BeoVision 7?

soundproof: The Stig - ver. 1.17: If you do it this way the screen is turned of when you use the Ipod Exactly, that's what I was told - while the screen remains on when you use the Camcord connector. Nicer with the screen off - and the vertical BL 7 produces a wonderful sound. You mean horizontal! The BeoLab 7s are all fantastic loudspeakers, although

  • Re: playing my playstation on my B&O

Universal Remotes don't support all the B&O commands, in fact they only actually support the absolute basics (for some reason). I guess it's because most comanies simply use a button to cycle between different inputs. B&O are not the same, and treat inputs completely differently. If you press 'SAT', then it'll go to a whatever scart connection you've

First time B&O have done this since the BeoMaster 5000 on their audio systems.

  • Re: BV9

I agree with Roger. The BeoLab 9s may not kick out as much bass as the BeoLab 2 can, but what they do produce is more controlled, and FAR more accurate and musical. The BeoLab 2 is great, but it's not on par with the bass from the BeoLab 9s. A truly fantastic pair of speakers!

  • Re: Masterlink infrastructure via Ethernet - how to merge at server room?

No, it won't work sadly. You don't NEED an ML junction box, you can just wire the connections together. However, I do think the ML Junction box is actually quite good. Sure, it's a bit costly for what it is, but it's very neat and tidy, and just feels more 'professional' than a simple solder job. Is there not a local dealer with an installation team

  • Re: theoretical speculation on Hi-Def trends

stax: I am hopeful about the future of hi-def audio and video. The arguments over Blu-Ray vs. HD-DVD or even SACD vs. DVD-Audio are just the method but which the hi-def content gets from the shop to your home. Who needs those little silvery disks when you can have a big fat broadband pipe delivering hi-def content straight to your computer's hard

  • Re: Beosound for the 21th century: The miuro robot

I'm quite happy with my BeoSystem, and I know it can't fall down the stairs by it's own accord or run away when I just want to listen to some music! Seriously though, that is not a hifi system, it's a musical furby.

Not entirely sure, I haven't actually seen how it fits into the BeoVision 9.
