Ok. So for someone who hasn't done something like this before is it very difficult?

Yes, the glass is still in one piece. The bezel it rests in is cracked in four places, two along the top horizontal part and two along the bottom. This allows it to shift left and right. It is also cracked at its mounting tabs where they mount by the circuit board.

I have a BM4500 from 1988 and before it came into my posession, I believe it was dropped resulting in the separation of the glass touch panel and fracturing the plastic bezel that holds it in place. As a result of this, the touch panel buttons have become very problematic and tempermental. A few of the buttons do not work, however most do, but some

I ahve come to the very same conclusion as well. Do you have any idea how much it would cost (US) to have two 10" subwoofers such as these, refoamed?

I found it, sorry for the delay everyone. They are Realistic Optimus T-120, Cat. No. 40-2047, 8 ohms and 80w (Max). The problem with my pair is that the subwoofers' foam suspension ring has deteriorated and fallen out. To all who have just come across this thread I am asking how to resolve this. Should I replace the entire driver or have the originals

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what a Beomaster 4500 and Beogram CD 4500 go for these days? (In the US) Low range? High range? Are these very desireable? Thanks.

Right. But I would like to just beef them up with some B&O speakers and enhance them a little bit more.
