Disconnect everything from the mains. Re-connect as you want it. Then connect to power again.

I've just bought a Pansonic Lumix TZ3 and it's fantastic. So easy to use even for a numpty like me.

Alex is quite correct. Many 6000's exhibit degradation of the rubber surrounds at 10 years plus. I have replaced several. Might as well replace all 4. Cost is around £30 per driver plus labour. Tweeters should be checked at the same time as they are prone to fail with a burnt out voice coil. Their cost is about the same but the speakers are

Nobby is quite correct. Screen geometry has to be set up for each format. Sounds like they have not done this for the format which displays the pin cushion effect. If all else is well, the engineer can adjust this from the service menu.

The fact that the configuration software was restricted to dealer use was made plain weeks if not months before the Beo5 was launched. The dealers all new about this so yours should not have made promises he could not keep. B&O set their stall out from the beginning so your complaint is with the dealer. Suggest you get him to take it back or program

Penta frets are still available from your dealer. Cost is around £100 per speaker!

Have you swapped the cables over and also checked the outputs from the amp?

Could be capacitors in the power supply. They do deteriorate with age.
