The DVD1 is controlled using the AVL signal on pin 8 of the SCART. In other words whenever you use the Beo4 for the DVD it sends the command signals via the AVL

When I talk about the Beocom 6000, it is not the same as what is sold in the US. The US & Canadian versions are called Beocom 1 and are basically the same from a user viewpoint, but the software and base power supply etc are different. To determine the version you have, I would look at the label underneath the battery, in particular the 4 digit

Assuming you do not have the correct tool, then a thin screwdriver will do it with considerable care. After you have removed the two screws and battery you will need to unlatch the clips either side just at the top of the battery compartment. The case will only lift a couple of mm each side at this stage. Then about you will need to unclip either side

Mark, Let me start by answering another members point and that is Beotalk 1200 is an analogue line only product and as such cannot be used on lines like ISDN. With regards to the cable issue, don't forget that in the UK pin 3 on the BT type phone plug is "Ring" and without pin 3 connected the Beotalk 1200 will not answer any calls. Pins

I used a program called "Crystal Buttons" from www.crystalbuttons.com its not free, but it does the job. If you want any of the buttons I have already produced, then you can download them from HERE

Sethach, The Lutron is similar, but not the same. Lutron also use the coloured buttons for difference scenes, so on the Beo4 I press the light button then a coloured button. I do NOT need to press a number button. What I showed you in the previous post was the actual working coloured buttons for Lutron which in my view should be the same as Busch-Jaeger
