Thanks for posting this nice, easy to follow statement. My heart goes out to the 165 poor souls who lost their jobs today, in this economic climate, and with Christmas just around the corner. Nice to see the severing of ties with Samsung, no more half cast Kikinoko/B&O products! It won't be long before BS2, Serene, Serenata and BS6 become collectable

Mine is about 2 and a half years old and externally mint! The glass has sadly got the marks from the dial on it and this happened within the first few months. Why, oh why they didn't make bigger or firmer rubber stops? I still love it and the WOW! has never worn off. Andy T.

TWG: - the "passive" that just acts as a wallbracket like for the Beo 4 I doubt if that will happen! Beo4 will happily sit on a wall bracket for over a year without the need for new batteries. B&O recommend Beo5 lives in its charger so I can't see them making a non-charging version. I wish I could manipulate images like you Tomaz,

Have you got the base plugged into the usb on your computer, or are you using the mains charger? If the former, then it takes forever and a bit to charge. Why are you leaving it off the base for a week?? I would pop it back on its base every night before bed. It is not like a cellphone that benefits from being run flat before recharge. More like a Beocom
