I was very pleased with the Columbus location. I don't think that having to close constitutes for a bad customer relationship, just do to the circumstances. They are doing the best they can. Now I also see how well established the minneapolis branch is, as they are able to undertake the load of all of Columbus' business.

Sal- I've never met Mendosa. beobuff- Actually I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service and treatment from the Minnesota branch.

Well a comparison of B&O to Sony and those larger companies is most unfair.

I'm not near it now so I apologize for any of my mistakes about specs... So if I had this RCA in and out, how would I get them to function simultaneously? Or would it be automatic?

Yes. Also I believe switching to "line" mode renders the speakers as passive, they will no longer be active as they will be solely powered by you're receiver or what have you.

Oh, sorry I think you misunderstood. The 7-pin AUX plug is a female connector, not the RCA end of it. I have no trouble connecting RCA to RCA.

So currently my business is being channeled through Minneapolis instead of Columbus Oh. The nice folks in Minneapolis told me that they were closed for the time being due to a questionable economy, or something like that. Does anyone know what is going on? Or does anyone know if or when they will re-open?

Update: I received a package from B&O on the 17th of Jan. But just my luck its the wrong part. It was shipped on the 14th due to my dealer having some economic dificulty (which is closed, hopefully just temporarily). And as a result, my business is being channeled through a Minneapolis installation. I called them on the 18th and they said that they
