Hi Dave. Failing that, make sure that both ends of the scart lead are shoved firmly home. Over time, they sometimes work lose, especially on a TV that moves every time you switch on and off. Andy T.

wonderfulelectric: ask the one who helped designed the Beolab 5s who maintains an account in the forum... I forgot his username. ......and you call yourself a fan! Dave Moulton, I believe. Andy T.

One of our spanish members, Quim43, just had a pair fitted in his bathroom and posted a photo. Take a look here.

Ask your dealer if you can try the different speakers, in your own home. I'm sure a good dealer will be happy to oblige. Andy T.

I have received items directly from CZ, and they have been exceptionally well packed, and the larger items have had the logo on the box. I would suggest the bad packaging was at your dealership rather than CZ.

The RDS function is pretty useless anyway. It doesn't display the radio station anywhere except the little white on blue display. I find I have to go right up to it and lift my glasses to read it.

Hi Allan and welcome to Beoworld Lovely speakers, and top of the range in their day. Unfortunately, the only way I think you will get a new grill is by canibalising another. Some of the older speakers crop up on eBay and go for ridiculously low prices now and again. I recommend you keep trawling eBay. Maybe one of our members will be able to help. Good
