Very reasonable prices. Personally I would replace everything with service spares and your speakers will be like new!

The first thing to try is to clean the laser lens with a cotton bud DAMPED in isopropanol. They often get dusty and the laser refuses to find focus. If that does not work then I need to know if it is a radial or linear laser?

The glasses are still available from B&O dealers. Cost is around £80 each. I think you must be on some other planet if you think you can make one or indeed if you think it is worth the effort. I do know of a cheap supply of these glasses but I will keep it to myself for the time being.

There could be a number of reasons for the doors not operating correctly. Assuming that they do at least try. ie NOT an electronic fault then the primary rubber drive bands could have stretched/gone hard/broken. These can be replaced with spares from your dealer. Order spares for a 9300, they are the same! The drive strings may have broken/dropped off

Your dealer is either ripping you off or someone has misunderstood the pricing. Should be £70-£100 per speaker depending on the mark up that they apply. The part number is for two frets to fit one speaker. ie a tall one for the bottom and a short one for the top all packed in foam and a box.

The Beocom 6000 transformers are still available from your dealer. To save mucking about I would buy one of them. Just find a dealer who can be bothered to look at his computer!
