Hi Peter: When I press v tape, the screen goes grey (like the wallpaper to the menu screen). Not much else happens.. Could it be that it is broken?

Hi: I know that if iI upgraded my membership I could look at the manuals et. However, at the mo I am a bit strapped for cash. Thus could someone please tell me how to play a tape in the Avant video player? So far I have inserted a tape and pressed "go" and all the buttons around the diamond. These make it reverse/advance etc but so far I cannot

Ah excellent, well I have a TV card in my computer, just not in the server so I guess I can transfer it using the method you described and then just transfer the files to the server via wifi or whatever. Thanks Puncher

Obviously the website does not tell you what the product is made from etc. The design has its merits

Hi: This is a little off topic. However, I was wondering if anyone new if there is such a thing as an S-video to composite converter? I am looking to run a single phono cable to the s-video socket on a media server and run the other end to my Beovision 1 and possibly wirelessly to my Avant via a video sender (not the prettiest way of distribution but

To be honest I think it is Internet Explorer effect. I don't have half as many problems when using Firefox. However the IT department refuse to use it at work for some reason.
