Hi Razlaw, It's strange the photos you receive do not open considering they are JPG images. However, the Serene does do strange things so maybe we shouldn't be too surprised. Try sending the photos to your computer via Bluetooth. See if they open there and then try sending them back to your Serene via Bluetooth again. Regarding your email question

Hi guys, I need to get a MasterLink junction box and wanted to ask whether the junction box has a single MastLink cable attached to it? In other words, is there a fixed cable which comes out of the junction box and has a ML plug at the end of it (which I would then plug into the master unit)? Hi guys, I have a BeoSound 3200 in a non-B&O cabinet. When I close the doors of the cabinet, the doors of the BeoSound remain open. How can I deactivate the IR sensor so that the doors of the BeoSound will close? And if I do this, how will I then be able to open and close the doors of the BeoSound when I want to change CD?
