Yes, you are right, via Scart (to record on a vcr) there should be an audio out-signal. But for Dolby Surround sound you need a digital/coax out. Reading your post again - if you just want the sound of the tv (using the INTERNAL tuner of the tv) - no chance! The tv does not have an audio out.... My earlier explanations are onyl valid if you use a set top box and/or dvd etc. Ralf

I would take the Avant BUT wait for an RF version to show up... Avant = 16:9/15:9 picture, now that (at least over here) this is standard broadcast.
