Hi, Everybody, when you say these speakers sound very nice, what do you compare them with? I compared them to three other speakers and their sound is recessed, as if a curtain was laid in front of them (whatever amp or source I use). Why am I so disappointed as other members here are so happy with them?
Having
Just a bit j0hn. It was just sitting there, and I need the dosh. Cheers regarding the BS2, did really wel, didn't it. Andy T.
I imagine there are quite a few Beo 5s doing the same! :)

You having a clear out Andy? You did well on your BS2 earlier today :)
My all white BeoSystem 4500
That looks great Evan - well done :)
John, the original question was whether it is safe to use a Beomaster 6500 with M150's, and the answer is quite simply " yes ". In fact, Henrik above says he's using a pair with a BM7000, and he doesn't mention "struggling". Nobody claimed that this combination would be a match to your

I'm currently sporting some fire-retardent Y-fronts, so here we go... The MS150 was meant to be partnered with the Beomaster 8000, hence their being contemporaneous in the product line. Yes, you can use an amp with a smaller power rating to drive them, and I'm sure it will sound fine at moderate listening volumes. MS150s were, however, built

I just wanted to add my encouragement here too Phil. I hate trying to post on this forum from my iPhone, so best of luck to you :)
