So for reference: 6=Yellow 2=Black & Screen 5=Red 3=White 1,4,7 = Not connected.
Thanks for this info! I had already forgot my BGCD3300 had this problem. It's connected to much older system (BM3000 without datalink) so I haven't noticed this. After reading your post I opened the plug and corrected

The Tv arrived about an hour ago. It's BIG, stylish and impressive! Everything works great and the picture is fantastic. My old Tv was a Philips with a 4:3 ratio 100 Hz tube (a bit older than the BV3) and I didn't expect this much difference. Everything is detailed, smooth and perfect. Even the cheapest second-hand Beo4 I got with it is as clean

During my last visit to my local B&O store I was offered a second-hand Beovision 3-32 (from - I think- 2003). The set was returned to the shop as faulty, the service told that it's working but nobody knows how long, as it had some sort of tube problem (I don't know the exact story). Anyway at the moment the set works, picture is perfect

I visited the local B&O shop on tuesday and realized BS2 was still for sale. That was my original spark to investigate further on my software problems! iPod is much easier to use. I have always thought BS2 should have some better way of indicating its status than the beeps (makes the BS2 unusable at night, too!), similar light-circle to the one

I didn't know that! I have always done it this way: Reply -> Insert Media (next to the smileys button) -> Browse -> Upload File. Then select the loaded pic from the thumbnails. The Options / File Attachment -method might be way easier, though! EDIT: Just tried, much easier! In "Insert Media" -way you can position the photos into
The balance control is the shaft-less potentiometer at the back side of the radio. It looks just like a normal screw, right next to the speaker output DINs.
It looks something like this:

Some months ago I bought a second-hand Beosound 2 from eBay. It was equipped with a 2 Gb MicroSD card with SecureDigital -card adapter. From the very beginning I had a lots of troubles transferring music to it. Files didn't appear on the disk, BS2 wouldn't play them or I couldn't get the playlists as I wanted. I use a Macintosh both home

I have no experience on 4400 but I have a BM3000 which can't be that much different. Usually the switches on the front panel get oxidized and cause one channel to mute or go down in volume. In my BM3000 I found especially the MONO L / R, LOW / HIGH FILTER and LOUDNESS switches to cause lost channels. Does the 4400 have a TEST -switch at the rear

I just checked the user manual, yes; it's only from the remote. (The manual for the whole Beosystem 4500 (BM, BC, BG, BG-CD, BL1000) is on the site for bronze or golden members). One more thing to note: the BM must be in stand-by when changing the setting.

Peter mentioned doing the change from BL1000, did you try from the BM panel or by remote? I have a BM4500 but it's at work so I can't check it now. I remember checking the setting but I really can't remember how I did it, from the panel or from the remote (BL1000).
