We all love Davis Lewis' design, but taking a long term perspective on the future of B&O, who will take over when David decides to stop? Who do you think should be the next chief-designer for B&O? Or is the time ready for more than one designer drawing up the lines of B&O in the future? Best regards Christian

Yes Steve, that probably would work, but then I had to have the pc turned on all the time. How good is the build in headphone amp of my IBM thinkpad really? I tought the dedicated ones were better, can you confirm this Peter? A second beomaster is probably not an option I simply got enough already, and there is not really room for more. thanks for all

Thanks Simon Where did you buy that dot micro amp? A beomaster 5000 is rather large, and the office is packed already, so something smaller would be nice for a change. br Christian

Hi there I got a beogram cd 3500 just sitting still at the moment, and tought i might be able to use it in my home office for listening to CDs via headphones (I got a small collection). This would require a headphone amp, does anyone have experience with these? I have looked at a Rega and some others, but they seem bloody expensive, right? Should I

Lucky you, it is a nice thing to have, I use mine often. Apart from the IRtransmitter diode, there is nothing to light up, meaning there is no other diode apart from the IRtransmitter. br Chr

Interesting project, let us know if it is possible and how difficult it is. There are many cheap broken beovisions out there, so mending a broken one is very interesting imo. Br Christian

Aggree with Peter on this one. Beoworld is usually the first place to look imo, we were first with a picture of the Beo5 remote controller Look at my report from the shareholders meeting, and you will see what pictures B&O officially have given free, it shows the general shape of the Beosound 5 and about 10% of it is fully visible. Best regards

Dosen't this have something to do with the option setting of the Ouverture? Chr

Interesting. Most of us got a sound-system anyway, so running the sound of the TV throug a pair of active speakers is not a problem anyway. I think it is good B&O at last considered a cheaper version, I would definately choose a BV7-32nonDVD over a BV8 because of the design and contrast screen. just my 2 cent Chr.

Interesting, it appears there is at least 2 versions of the A8s, a new and an old one, is that right? The metal parts slides very smoothly on my A8s, but they are very used. br Chr.
