I usually use a No1 Posidrive screwdriver to undo these screws and they are usually quite tight. Remove the screws, remove the cables from the holders and the black bit will part company from the white bit.

See page 22-1 in the service manual. Not easy, beware that you don't inadvertantly put your fingers through the woofers.

Remove the fret Safest to remove and disconnect the tweeter and woofers Unscrew and remove the top baffle section (loosen from top down) Take care that it does not snap in the middle. It will be stuck in some sealant foam along the edges. Top is held by one posi screw in centre (may have to remove some foam deadening to see it) Re-assemble in reverse

To be honest Olly, I'm glad to get rid of one. If it 's gone to some use, rather than the skip, then so much the better. I won't have room for a lot of this stuff now we have made the decision to downsize.

Who told you that !!!!! If B&O thought that, they would not have put the switches on the back? The installation instructions say that you can mount them whichever way suits your fancy!

There are no real instructions for disassembly in the service manual. There are line pictures and instructions for setting up but they pretty much suppose that you Beogram is back in one piece already! That is the correct manual, just an earlier print run. I believe mine does say 7000 on the front cover, must be a later one. The manuals are all identical
