Do you mean a Beolit 1000 radio Gerald? (being a pretty pedantic bunch on here Bang & Olufsen 1000 could be one of many items to us). If so, I assume it was from the ebay seller in Denmark. Have you opened a DISPUTE only - you need to check as it isn't clear when initiating a claim that you need to escalate this? If you haven't already done so, escalate it to a CLAIM immediately or the deadline will still expire after the initial 60 days. As can be seen from the buttons it is a Beo4 Cinema. Made for use with a B&O home cinema set up, quite a limited edition. The hotel ones had quite a few blank buttons to give limted control to guests. Chris.
