Well, then I can't help you, I'm afraid. I'm sure you don't want to send your BG over to the U.S. to the technician who fixed my BG 4002 and BM 4000.

My first RX 2 had the same problem about 20 years ago. My (non-B&O) dealer fixed it under their free extended warranty, and it's been running flawlessly ever since.
