Have you cleaned the glass door thoroughly? The sensor could be mistaking a mark, scratch or condensation for someones hand! Only a suggestion. Lee

I know this may sound harsh - but you should only spend a fortune shouting about new products that are really worth shouting about.. The brand as a whole is a bit too weak for a huge advertising push - and these are mightily expensive. I do agree that brand awareness is at a bit of a low, and B&O should really be targeting late 20's/early 30's

No moderator would ever censor a post to avoid upsetting Bang & Olufsen unless it was either offensive, or gave confidential information that could be damaging to the company. Neither of these happen on BeoWorld, and the worst we have on here are what i would term 'startlingly accurate rumours' The moderating team on here prefers the 'hands

'Wicked Pissa' would be considered an offensive statement, but quite a compliment to the recipient in the UK.. Languages, don't you love 'em.. and we both speak English!! Crazy..
