hmmmm
The studios will not be concerned by markets that do not have a fast enough Broadband service, as these markets tend to not have the disposable income levels necessary to purchase movies anyway.
Isn't that us here in Melbourne ? I am on an expensive (compared to the UK) plan that is speed capped after 36GB per month where the

Dear all ... FYI I (1) did use the iPod nano while (2) I had the Beosound 2 repaired :D
I thought I had read somewhere on these pages that MOTS "required" the BS5.
Disappointingly you may be correct. I am not sure where you read it, but I have just gone back through the two user manuals with a fine toothed comb. The Beomaster 5 can be operated by the Beo4 or the Beo5. The Beosound 5 can

As those of you who remember the old forum and its photogallery will know, in my career I travelled a lot and my Beosound 2 was my salvation on buses, trains, planes and of course hotels. I used to "celebrate" trips to new places by posting a view of my "flying saucer" against some backdrop such as the Tokyo skyline. Sadly a week

Why not use the Beoplayer to do the rip? I use the Beoplayer (or Beoport in my case) or iTunes with a plug-in that is Beosound 2 friendly . . . .

It has been some since I did it ... but yes there are folders that are effectively a dumb playlist for a BS2. However the CD tracks are not elaborated as there is no access to the internet unless you chose to painfully enter your own names. Similarly radio broadcasts that get recorded need to be named.
