Hi Sreve. I have no experience with the V+ box, but with my Sky+ box many of the functions need to be preceded with 'Go'. For example, to record, you press 'Go' 'Red'. rapidly. Andy T.

Thanks for this Dave. Very interesting indeed. I especially like the phrase that Smith used quote "Never before has there been an instrument like a BeoLab 5 loudspeaker." Fits nicely with the phrase I have heard you say describing your work with "loudspeaker music" Andy T.

It's an illusion true, but we carry it off quite well. Sometimes I even manage to fool myself into thinking I actually like Puncher! Fortunately the Holsten Pils has usually worn off by the morning. Stars: I didn't know you had Beo5, Andy. How are you getting on with it? I think Peter and I were the very first Beoworlders to get one! I must admit that I am ashamed to say that mine is a bit like Peter's, a pretty ornament.

Shrink-wrapping a Beolink 1000, on the surface seems to be a good idea. However, I would be a little bit concerned that the buttons recoil might be restricted. After all, the only springiness that rerturns the buttons to out, is by a little dome foil bubble. You may find that pressing 'RADIO' for example, that the radio button remains pressed

Hi there, and Welcome to Beoworld. Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I think the holes you describe is to connect to a jig at your dealers for the updating of software. Try removing your handset from the base, and any other latent handsets then re-registering them. Andy T.
