How can I measure a voltage when both platters has to be removed to get access to the board. I presume that only voltage can be measured (bulb lights up) when the platter is spinning?

Hi, Anybody who can help me solving this fault with my Beogram 3000 type 5903? Small issue though, but still, as a Beo perfectionist! The bulb doesn't work. Initially I thought the bulb (12V) had to be replaced but it wasn't. Checked both leads with a multimeter that runs to the connector on the board and they're okay, however no 12V. I

Ik heb dit ook ooit een keer gehad en naar mijn weten kan dit alleen door een B&O dealer gedaan worden. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om dit via een reset in het menu te doen en ook niet via een bepaalde toetscombinatie om in het servicemenu te komen. Ik neem aan dat de vorige eigenaar je deze code niet meer kan geven?
