I agree with Karel - wait and have a look at the real thing before passing judgement! I rather like it and though it is essentially a 'boring landline phone' , I need these and I like the hands free facility. Looks a bit beaten up! The cosmetics on these are very important - look in particular at the keys - they start to bend upwards - no easy fix , the perspex - scratches easily - and the wood - this one appears to have been painted black - a poor sign!
