Well if we trust the countdown, I can go on my date and still attend the prizedraw!

Hi Metalas. If the 5000 is anything like the later 7000, then mute function does not work on Speaker 2, only on Speaker 1. Could it be you have accidently pressed mute on the front panel? Andy T.

This really is good news, and I'm sorry it has took me so long to comment on it. Am I right in thinking that this now facilitates the use of Beo 5 to control B&O equipment that is not Beolink 1000 compatible? The late 80s Beomaster 5000 (MCP) and the Beomaster 3000 (Terminal 3000) spring to mind; or even the earlier beautiful Beomaster 8000

Oh heck! There is nothing I can click on there. If there was another option like ---I am too bone idle to set it up properly--- or ---I only use it to show off to friends/visitors/family--- I am goinng to click 3, but if the word 'always' was removed, it would be better. (and if the Beo 4 had an 'O' in it )
