You can place different BS5 in a masterlink system. But they will all have a BM5. Note the fortcoming BS5 Encore doesn't have ML (It is rumoured that B&o is working on a kind of solution). That doesn't mean you must have multiple music collections. Choose one as master place all your files on this master. Set this one up as music server

But there are already download sites which sell 24bit/96kHz Flac. Same old discussion: Apple should make their lossless format decoder available for free. One can play AAC/M4a/M4b/AACplus/etc. on a Mac, on a PC, etc (licenced by Dolby Digital) but not the Apple lossless format (licenced by Apple) Note: it takes only some minutes to convert from Apple
