I'm having some trouble with the MLGW. . I can't get it to change to "DHCP" When i tell it to do so and apply changes it just 'updates' for about 2 hours then nothing happens. I've tried several times. .. have reset to original settings. . any tips? MJM

Keith, I obtained the new board for my beolink passive, the 1.6 sw I have taken the passive amp apart and replaced the board. . .however, no, i get nothing from the passive. . it gives me a red light on the IR and acknowledges receipt of commands with a blink of the red light, however, it will not trigger anything in the beolink network to come on.

The updates are possible. Apparently they're "board swaps." I've actually ordered a new "board" for my BL passive and 3500. . It's in denmark awaiting shipment. . MJM

I called Lutron about this problem. They basically said my HA guy was wrong. . I then got a call from the HA guy saying he had the programming wrong. Well, I talked with the potential HA guy for my job. He says that Ra2 has some limitations. .I.E. no override during an astronomical clock event, and. . no fireplace control. .etc. So, he's trying to steer me towards doing a SavantAV HA with Vantage Lighting. . . Thanks Trip, My idea is to use Ra2 for lighting/automation. I do not have shades but was going to tell the MLGW to use the shade up/down buttons for B&O volume. . . any reason this won't work? That's the only time I use it. .for music. It seems to amplify the bass in the front speakers. MJM
