• Re: beotime

Hi Nico The infra red transmitters on BeoTime are behind the square displays. Is it possible for you to try turning the BeoTime slightly to let more of the infra red beam see the Lab3500? Opman

  • Re: Beovision8 Tuning Problem - Advice Please

Hi Jimmcc09 Which region are you in? My next door neighbour has an old Samsung CRT with built in Freeview. She has the same problem, no ITV3 reception. However she also has an standalone Freeview box that does pick up ITV3. I suspect that it has more to do with local transmission issues rather than BeoVision 8 itself. We live in the Granada region which

  • Re: MX4002 + STB

I'm probably wrong but I thought that as the MX4002 was designed to be used as a link set, it didn't support STBc. I seem to recall that at the time B&O imagined that you would install extrenal box with the video master. It was possible to fit STBc to MX4000 & MX42000. If I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody with a better memory will

  • Re: Setting V.OPT on Beosystem 3

Hi I assume that you have the BeoSystem3 connected to BeoVision4 plasma screen? If so when you option programme the BeoSystem3 does the red led blink to confirm that the command has been accepted? Have you tried looking in the customer service menu to see what option has been stored? Opman

Lee, In all my dealings with you, you have been nothing but above aboard and fair. BeoWorld is a fantastic forum. I am not on any forums but I doubt that there are many (if any) as well run as this one. Keep up the good work and you have my full support. Regards Opman

  • Re: Digital re-tune in the North West England

Hi Hollis I initially tried reassigning in the transponder list as you suggested with no luck. It still kept tuning into BBC1 & 2 in Welsh. I eventually solved it by going back into the transponder list and deleting 666 & 770. These are the frequencies for Mux1 & Mux2 from Moel y Parc, the main transmitter in North wales. Having deleted

  • Digital re-tune in the North West England

Hello Has anybody had problems retuning their Freeview TV's or boxes since 4th November when BBC2 analogue was switched off. I gather that some of the multiplex's have been temporarliy moved to new frequencies. I have a customer who is in the Winter Hill area with a good aerial and no previous problems picking up Freeview, can now only get BBC1

  • Re: AR coating on BeoVision 10
I am going to purchase the new BeoVision 10, but am having a bit of difficulty in deciding if the optional anti-reflective coating is worth the extra cost (+750 euros).
In the UK the AR screen will be fitted as standard so there will not be an option to not have it. Opman
