Piet van der Zalm: When you switch from PC software 1.3 to 2.2, do you have to create the zone and icon templates again? At previous versions this was always an issue. No, you don't.

I will make an xml file with On and Off, to see if it works. I'll send you in some minutes. Please, create a new zone in your Beo5 and place the xml I will send in that zone. Don't mix sources for now, till we know it works.

You too can send a mail asking for the HEX codes to Fujitsu Siemens and Kathrein. Some people don't mind to give you the codes.

First, there aren't stupid questions, only questions you don't know the answer (Keith told this to me ) Another way to have the codes is, if you have the original remotes, capturing the codes with a PDA. Please, read this thread.

Is not that easy There is a site called Remote Central where you can find lots of ccf files with codes of devices. What brand and model is your DVD? Once you have the ccf file, you have to take the HEX codes, convert them with the software of Lintronic and create one txt file for every command.
