The small pin is atually the positive one. Try re-wiring and see what happens!I do wonder if you may also have a small short!

I have a suspicion that the problem will be the level of signal coming from the TV. B&O sets are designed to integrate with B&O audio systems but clearly this is not the case with the Samsung. Which output are you using? I don't think a sub-woofer is worth it until the rest is working properly. The sound from the TV should be the same standard

It depends a little on which BS9000 you have, but assuming it can handle N.Music, you need a device called a Beoport. This will attach to the Mac and Masterlink and you will be able to control all the music via remote. There is some software to install on the Mac, but that should allow all you want. I must confess to not completely understanding your

Can't comment on that comparison, but compared to M100s, they don't have quite the same bass control. Bass notes on the M100 show wonderful detail rather than just a thud.

Which polk sub woofer are you using? I wonder if you are using the correct input as if it is a powered sub-woofer, the power requirement should be minimal.

That seems a fair price to me - you will need some stands though - S75s are quite bass rich at the best of times - I had a pair for many years and used them initially with a Beomaster 2400, then a 5000 and finally a Beocenter 9500. When burled, they were taken - shame as they had a lovely flamewood rosewood finish. I did get a teak set later on but

As said before, I don't think this thread is advancing this site in the slightest any more. I would hate it to result in bad feeling between members and the moderating team so would suggest that we allow it to die. Go read my blog on Struer instead and dream of what might be. Only done the journey so far!
