Hi, I cannot comment on your installation but I have the BeoCenter 6 with DVI input and an Apple TV1 connected via a HMDI to DVI cable as well as analog sound. Maybe there is some kind of splitter cable HMDI with sound to DVI and analog sound?!

Hi JC, well personally I have nothing to talk about the BV6. As you can see below I am a proud owner of a BeoCenter6 26 which was originally produced at the early beginning of the BeoV. BeoC. 6 lifecycle. The only problem you might face is the quite limited connectivity of the 6. Mine as being a BeoCenter6 with only one DVI plug might need to be upgraded
