I would personally use the guys over at King Street - they have an in-house guy who is superb, but also a couple of subs who cover the M62 /M6 corridor and are also highly regarded. I know that they will also do cable/install only work if you already have your own stuff, or are using re-sellers - unlike some dealers who seem to clam up unless your also

Thanks Peter, I think it is the PSU - the screen was on one minute, off the next, and failed whilst in use with no warning signs, noise or flickering - as if it was unplugged.......except it wasn't. If it doesn't sell, I may go to maplins and see if a new psu is a fix. All the best, David

The gold finish top plate is available as a spare part at a reasonable price if you have a newish beo4 (or are happy with the button/softwarevariant you own) may be better than changing the whole unit.
