  • MC120.2

I have a pair of beovox MC120.2 with one original bass unit, and one unoriginal. The original needs refoaming. Now i am wondering if any of you guys have a "spare" original bass unit that you don't use and want to sell? Or if you have a set that is fine too. Regards Razz

  • Re: What IR-codes does a beomaster 6000 / 8000 use?

I have heard the same thing about reliability, but i have yet to encounter my first problem with my setup. The BM 8000 and the beocord 8004. I am getting the beigram 6006 on Saturday:-) What kind of speaker are you planning on using?

Hi Christian. You should look for the Beolab Terminal. That is the original one for the beomaster 6000/8000. Razz

  • Re: cx100 query

Hi Chris. Even if the two speaker units look the same they are not. The top one is mid range and the bottom one is bass. When that is said I would say that it sounds like your top unit is malfunctioning. Whether it is due to a broken unit or a faulty crossover I can't say. The should be equally loud (top and bottom) Regards Razz

I am the proud owner of a pair of white MC120.2. Now I am going to have them refoamed, at Dillens, but I was wondering if I should try to do the recapping of the crossover myself. I have never done that before and are a little concerned that i will mess it up. What would you recommend? Razz

  • Re: £500 for an LE6000 ??!!

It must be 500£ if you buy a new one at your dealer. Otherwise there is no doubt that they will do even worse in the next quater of the year:-) Razz
