it seems that the one that isnt working is the replacement. the roll cone surround is much thicker. any ideas?

I just got a pair of beovox s40's. I just hooked them up and the woofer isnt working on one of the speakers. when i first got them, i took off the screens to make sure nothing was rotted or cracked. i did notice that the two woofers looked different which leads me to believe that one was replaced at some point. does anyone have any idea where to

are the 2 DIN connectors on the speakers male or female? i want to make sure i have the proper wires set up so i can hook everything up as soon as they arrive

Thanks everyone I just won a pair of S35's and a pair of S40's. The guy that i won the S35's from said he had some original B&O cables so that should take care of that. I also ordered some of the screw type connectors for the S45's. I think i will go to to a local electronics store and get some good cable to connect. Cant wait to

Im also considering some B&O speakers. Do those come with the 2 DIN plugs already attached?

Hi, i just got a Beomaster 2400 (to go with my beogram 4002) and im not really sure how to hook up speakers to those inputs. are B&O speakers only compatible? Thanks.
