Im Händlermodus wird die Reichweite der Beo5 reduziert, damit man besser damit im Verkaufsraum arbeiten kann. Hi again Claus, yes one night should suffice. Usually the loading time is around 5 hours or so. The display will not show fully charged afaik. But you can check the battery status in the setup menu (press Stand-by + "go" Button). Try to move the Beo5 a little on the charger to the left and right. If this does not work, change the USB cable

Hello Claus, the Beo5 needs to be fully charged before you can start programming. Otherwise it will not be recognized by your PC. Try plugging it into the mains for a few hours and then try again. Regards Alex

Hello. The best way IMHO is to use a soft, barely moist cloth and wiping over the smears a few times without to much pressure. Sometimes just "breathing" against the screen and then using a dry cloth is sufficient. If this will not help, try a mild window cleaner (no alcohol) and spray just a little bit on the cloth.
