Hi Peter: Many thanks for your response to my problem with regard to repairing my old B&O system. I have taken your advice and have decided to let the authorized dealer proceed. I hope to have the system back by weekend or early next week. I intend to keep this system which I have had for a long time as a back up. But I am actively trying to evaluate

New Developments: I am now having trouble with my 2400 and possibly the speakers. I am having to make some difficult decisions about repair in the New York city area with only one B&O repair place easily available. I wonder if there is someone in the NY City area who is a B&O afficionado and a lot more technical than I am. My system componenets

I have a B&O 2400 and B&O speakers. Both speakers seem to be ok, but cannot get both to play at the same time. The"Balance slide" does not seem to allow alternation from one speaker to the other. Any ideas? Do you think that there is a problem with the 2400 or or is it some switch or wire that is loose? Any advise will be appreciated

Hello: I am about to buy a high end pair of speakers and, perhaps, amplifier. I already have an older B&O system.
