Hi Beo, We have a beocom 4 too. We don´t call very much and have put the phone almost every time back on the stand. We have the idea that the battery capacity has therefore failed a little bit. Hello, There is an anti-skating adjustment at the bottom of the beogram. Have you checked this? Maybe that's a cause of the problem too. You have to set it to separate numbers; one for mmc1 and mmc2, one for mmc3 and one for mmc4 and mmc5. Greetings, Ruud
