  • Re: B&O in Fortune Magazine

Hmm. I was under the impression that Hamlet was in Helsingør (English: Elsinore), which to the best of my knowledge is in northeastern Denmark, but then perhaps I am confused on that point.

  • Re: Busy Signal on BeoCom 6000

Have you tried removing the battery on the quirky handset for a few minutes and then reinstalling it? This simple trick has cured a number of occasional lockup problems that I have had over the years.

  • Re: Beosystem1 HELP

BEOTONEZ: Thanks for the help beobuff, can you tell me the model of the Zektor unit I'm looking for and a ball park price of what this is worth. And again is this my only and best solution? Thanks. The Zektor switch that I used for several years with one of my BS1s is the HDS4. Contrary to a previous post from a B&O dealer, there is no special

  • Re: Beosystem1 HELP

RussR: Yes you can use other monitors. You'll need one that can accept either 15-pin VGA or full RGB+H-V video A pure monitor would be best. You may have to fiddle a bit with the picture geometry to get it just right. Panasonic monitors are a natural fit, as they share the chassis with the BeoVision 4, and in the stores we had great success with

  • Re: Beosystem1 HELP

BEOTONEZ: Hi again, I'm wondering if I can hook up Apple TV to the Beosystem 1. The BS1 does'nt have HDMI, and I think ther is only 1 composite jack which is being used by my HD converter box. Can I use the Apple TV and if so how? Thanks again. There are six composite/S-video inputs on the BS1, but the Apple TV doesn't have a composite output

  • Re: Beolab 6000 v Beolab 4000 speakers - Which would you go for ???

Razlaw: We have both 4000s and 6000s. To my ears the sound from each is very comparable. I tend towards thinking the 6000s sound a little better. As others have said listen and decide which you like the best. I would have to agree with Razlaw. I also have several pairs of both BL4000s and 6000s in use as both main front speakers, surround speakers,

  • Re: Panasonic BlueRay BD 35 - where is the IR receiver?

kawo: Alex, great thank you! Now it works. Unfortunately I have only the PUC for the Panasonic DMP-BD10 which works great execept power off function. Do you have any problems with power Off or On with your PUC? Karsten- The power-off function works just fine with my BeoSystem 3, but it doesn't work with my BeoVision7. I am using the exact same Panasonic
