I think I had a similar problem. Running XP on my service computer. After saving the configuration, shutting the tool down completely and restarting, I was able to get profiles to load. Hope this helps.

The wonderful economist Milton Friedman said many years ago that if we in the US wanted to see where we we will be in 20 years, look at the UK today.
